Q. Will my employer accept your certification?

Answer:
UlearnCPR certification programs are nationally recognized and accepted. Our certification programs follows the same guidelines as the American Heart Association, American Red Cross and ECC 2005. All certification programs are protected by UlearnCPR's money back guarantee.

Q. How long are your certifications valid for?
Answer:
Our CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are valid 2 years from the date issued.
Q. How soon can I start my course?

Answer:
As soon as your online payment is processed your user name and password become active and you start taking your certification course.

Q. Does the course have to be completed at one time?
Answer:
No... You will have a 30 day access to our training site to learn the material and take the online test.
Q. What if I fail my test?
Answer:
The test can be taken as many times as needed to pass within your 30 day access. All the test questions are multiple choice and true/false.
Q. What is the average time to complete a course?
Answer:
The average certification course takes approx 1-3 hours to complete.
Q. How soon will I receive my certification?
Answer:
You will receive your certifications the day you complete the course.  When you complete and PASS your test, you will be able to instantly view, save and print both your wall and wallet certifications.
Q. Do you offer any other online courses/certifications?
Answer:
